About the Role

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of the Coordinator role is to work alongside the Leadership and Mentoring teams structuring and organising the provisions we offer. The role is designed to work adjacently to the leadership team without taking direct leadership responsibility. This role is critical as we grow, helping to liaise with Local Authorities, Individuals, Parents, and other companies/services who are looking to access our programmes. This role enables referrals to be organised and filtered to the mentor and leadership team, keep track of staff rotas, and stay ahead of upcoming challenges.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The Coordinator's duties are mostly admin based however will sometimes cross over with the mentor role role, if required. Typically this will be through group and social sessions.

The core duties of this role will include, but may not be limited to:

Building and structuring rota templates
Liaising with the rest of the team to keep team availability up-to-date
Liaise with Leadership booking meetings and ensuring appropriate admin time is allocated for the team
Planning working hours and calculating staffing requirements as necessary
Monitoring and handling referral in-takes to ensure necessary referral paperwork is received
Working alongside the mentoring and leadership teams to plan, assign, and book referral assessments
Liaising with Mentors to schedule time for specific client appointments and reviews
Ensuring legal working hours are met
Raising concerns or needs regarding team training, staffing capacity, etc with leadership
Liaising with clients directly to book specific appointments or holiday periods
Sending weekly / 2-weekly rotas to clients
Reviewing hours on the Supplier Returns each week (for applicable councils)
Covering Reception duties (if required)
Working as a team to keep a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
Keeping up to date with all assigned training
Supporting clients (if required)

Requirements

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)


Experience:

  • Support: 2 years (preferred)

  • key working or Life Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

  • Working with Neurodiverity: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

  • Fluent English (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
