SEN Reflective Workshops

SEND WORKSHOPS.png

Our team will host the workshop for a group of up to 40 people.

While we may look to run individual stand-alone workshops for people to book to attend, we also offer this service tailored to a specific audience of:

Parents

School Staff

Support Teams

Your Workplace

We will work with the group to identify achievements, opportunities to improve, and explore their ideas around how they will achieve their group aims.

As we progress through the day the group will work in small breakout teams, individually, and as a whole. We will reflect on your own practice, strategies discussed, the pathways we use, and confidentially discuss specific experiences relevant to the workshop topic.

We will give time to each attendee to be able to offer 1:1 guidance and discussion around key interests or challenges they face.

The workshop will finish with reflecting on our aims, agreed strategies, and feedback from the day.

What To Expect

We aim for everyone to leave the workshop with;

  • an increased level of confidence as a team

  • feeling inspired to develop and expand on strategies they may use

  • a deeper understanding of our pathways, to adapt and develop in your own setting

  • individual SMART goals

  • a senses of achievement
