At The Senses Project we love getting to celebrate our team. We are a small and growing team who learn, nurture, and inspire each other as we manage all of our services, putting our neurodiverse clients first.
In 2023 we started to expand our team through our Volunteering Pathway. The Volunteering Pathway has started a great and unique way for some of the people we've supported to transition into a voluntary role within The Senses Project.
During this time we will support them to adapt to working, and aim to be successful applying to become a paid member of our team within 12 months. To find out more, 'click here'.

I founded The Senses Project with Dave in 2018. Before then had been in leadership roles within Supported Living and Children's Services. When I approached Dave with this idea to change the status quo and create something which would truly help young adults with autism reach independence, I felt that fire inside, that buzz of excitement, and determination. I feel honoured to have led the service and built the team with Dave which is growing as The Senses Project. One of my roles is continuously looking for new ways to improve, expand, and enhance the services we offer.
Outside of work I 'm a family man, and enjoy a bit of bouldering, learning to ice skate, hiking through the forest, and getting out on the paddle board.

I've worked with Autism for over 10 years. Autism is my passion and my focus.
I've seen a lot and think I learn as much from my clients every single day. As Deputy Manager and Partner my role is managing a lot of the day-to-day running of our Independence Support Programme, along with Joe.
I'm also currently the lead for our Social Group Events for our client groups.
Outside of work I'm a regular climber, and I'm a big marvel fan. I also love a bit of D&D.

I have worked within health and social care settings for 5 years, supporting individuals with a range of needs. I have experience working with young people, as the Head Coach for an SEN Football Team. Throughout the last couple of years, I've explored different roles within social care and education.
I joined The Senses Project's workshop team through the Volunteering Pathway in July 2023. I love being a part of the workshop team as it provides a different way of working for everyone involved, bringing out people's fun and creative side. My areas of expertise are around autism, combined mental health, and sensory needs.
Outside of work, you'll probably find me walking my dog or working on my latest Lego project.
