Dealing with Challenges

Dealing with Challenges

From £285 Per Person

10 Weeks

10x Half Day (3 hour) sessions

A lot of people we talk to (Neurodiverse or not), find the stress and demands of life can leave them feeling overwhelmed, tired, and anxious.

The first thing with this is understanding there is a huge difference between feeling anxious and clinically diagnosed anxiety.

Ironically a lot of our emotions start with the same physical experience. It's all about how we prepare ourselves to encounter these feelings.

During our Dealing With Challenges workshop we will work together, reflect individually, in small groups and as a whole team.

The 10 weeks is tailored to help you develop a foundation understanding to build on. During this time we will:

1. Reflect on our own experiences
2. Recognise some of our own triggers, comforts, and obstacles
3. Develop our team-working skills to get better at asking for help
4. Explore the crisis brain model and what happens during crisis
5. Start to recognise the difference between feelings and emotions
6. Expand this with the window of tolerance and our trademark 'PAT Plans'
7. Build on strategies to meet our needs
8. Practice uncomfortable conversations
9. Practice dealing with challenges and role-play confrontation
10. Feel confident in recognising our needs and personal boundaries
